C-45 pro-duplicated cassette. One side is Cut Journal February 26-27with an installment of my ongoing series of sonic diaries. I began the Cut Journals immediately after the new year as a way to ease into making sound art and music. I had not been making work for about two years due to life circumstances and health. The Cut Journals document very long time domains (usually 12 hours minimum). There is a Cage-ian and cybernetic use of skip silence recording, which serves as the elemental first edit, thus rendering my day-to-day life navigating spinal disease disability and phys therapy as a hyper-cut-&-splice, shredded up, audio time-lapse. The cassette also contains three other shorter works, an UR-nOise piece and two pieces for disembodied voice and software sampling
